Support Channels

Community support for this project is provided through the GitHub repository.

Users may submit questions or report issues through the GitHub issues page.

Commercial or partnership inquiries may be directed to the vendor through the contact information listed on the product website.

Scope of Support

Support typically includes:

  • Clarification of product documentation

  • Guidance related to deployment and configuration

  • Identification of potential software defects

Limitations

The vendor does not operate or manage customer AWS environments.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Operating the deployed infrastructure

  • Managing AWS security configurations

  • Monitoring and maintaining their own environments

The vendor does not provide operational support for customer infrastructure.

Updates

Software updates may be published periodically through the project repository or product distribution channels.

Customers are responsible for applying updates in their environments.
